This license provides for the continued use of the software after graduation. Students could install it on both a desktop and laptop or they can retain an installation for recovery purposes. The download is valid for two installations only. IT cannot retrieve this key if it is lost. This key is specific to your transaction and you are responsible for keeping a copy of it for your records. A license key will be provided during the transaction. (Call 1-88 (5am – 5pm CST) for assistance) Current students with a valid OU/OUHSC login can download this software for FREE. In this case, to login as an employee they must use their and to login as a student they must use their a detailed walkthrough of the service and how it can be accessed, consult the Office 365 Employee Knowledge Base article.Information Technology is making Microsoft Office (for PC or Mac) and the Microsoft Windows Ultimate upgrade available to students COMPLETELY FREE. If the user is an employee AND Ohio State student, note that they will have two accounts. 
To access the five free downloads ( these are not needed or intended for use on Student Life provided computers), faculty and staff must use their information and password.

Forms – Quizzing function available through Office 365. Sway – Easily create engaging, interactive, web-based reports and presentations. OneDrive for Business – One (1) terabyte of cloud storage needed for Office Online. Office Online – Work in the cloud using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, and PDF documents in your web browser. Office 365 ProPlus – Mac/PC Licenses for full Office installs enables Mobile Office.
